Hushinis Beach

Early start to get ready to get the 10.30 ferry to Harris. Kilda was very good on the crossing and settled down. Quick stop off to get some stuff from Tesco’s with what seemed like everyone else before heading to Husinish. The last bit was along some very windy roads with passing places. Managed to get there and get a pitch in the 5 berth motorhome area just before the beach. Great spot looking out over the sea. Spent the afternoon on the beach with a very excited Kilda. J managed to get a swim in and I tried to fly my kite. Headed back to the van for dinner and to settle in for the first night away.
