Hubby has anyway. I just went around taking pictures lol
been another lovely day off for me. 
Met with the chaplaincy lady who is helping me through my transition back into normal nursing. She's amazing!
We talked about the Drama and Winner's triangles. 
Drama is described as; victim, persecuter and rescuer.
Winner is described as; vulnerable, assertive and caring.
I much prefer the winner's perspective and kinda understood it, the main attribute being empathy.
Anyhoo... back to trying yoga practice now.
