Daisies in the corn field

I worked in the garden in the morning and had a phone consultation with the doctor and a blood test.  I can choose between pills or a controlled diet. I think I will go for the latter as the healthiest option. In the afternoon, I decided to go for a bike ride as it seemed a still day.  However, it is never without a breeze on the fen, great when it is on your back, but otherwise not.
