The 6th

It was fairly quiet onthe golf course this morning; the prospect of hot weather seems to be deterring a few of the regulars, but there was actually quite a stiff breeze despite which we both managed to score below handicap again. Spot the photo bombing bird flying over the fairway.

Spent the rest of the day pre-occupied with football, which is why I didn't get round to posting this last night. I thought England showed real strength of character to come through and win in such difficult circumstances; I'd wondered if I was ever going to see us win a World Cup penalty shoot out. Have to confess to watching Dier's winning penalty through my fingers:)
