Nordic walking...

I had my first outing today and really enjoyed it and my FitBit was delighted. Plenty of walking and even more chat because Guernsey being Guernsey I was at school in the same class as Jane’s husband and later her sister. And we had so many mutual friends and acquaintances... I blame the chat for why I kept getting my feet and arms out of step. Who’d a thought I’d be learning to walk again at nearly 70...
Not sure when my next walk will be but not long I hope.
