Not a BAD innings in 31yrs? Disregarding nestlings.
1st was the only Nuthatch I've ever seen in Penrith - dead on the front path. Presumably bounced off the window.
2nd came this poor thing - which got its time in before I realised the food it was pecking at wasn't getting down.
No. 3 is this Greenfinch, which seems to have bounced off the kitchen window, and also seems somehow greener than it actually is.
