When I was a lad.

This is one of Colin Telfer's sculptures made from iron ore dust and resin, which we spotted in Egremont this morning.

Colin worked down the mine for 20 years before he was made redundant. Then he turned his hand to these wonderful sculptures! ( They are almost life sized. )
