Cartref dros dro

Mae'r gweddillion ein cartref dros y pythefnos diwethaf ...



Roedd y diwrnod olaf y gwyliau wedi cyrraedd. Cawson ni ein brecwast bach yn gynnar nag arfer ac yn fuan roedden ni'n ddechrau pacio.

Gwnaethon ni bacio popeth o'r tu mewn i'r babell i mewn eu bocsys a bagiau ac yna dechrau datgymalu'r babell ei hun. Mae'n swnio'n syml, ond roedd y tymheredd dros 25 gradd Celsius ac roedden ni'n mewn perygl gorboethi. Gymerodd e ni fwy o amser nag arfer i bacio popeth a doedd yr haul ddim yn helpu.

Dwedon ni ffarwel i Lynda a Carn Springs. Mae'n ymddangos fel pe bai roedd hi'n hapus gyda ni a'i byddai hi'n hapus i weld ni eto. Penderfynon ni bwcio pythefnos arall yma'r flwyddyn nesa.

Ar y ffordd adre stopion ni ar y Gerddi Fotaneg genedlaethol jyst i fynd i'r caffi yna. Cawson ni tartenni sawrus bach a blasus iawn yna, cyn parhau ein taith boeth adre. Roedden ni hapus y cyrraedd adre ac yn gweld y tŷ a'r ardd eto. Agoron ni'r drysau, symudon ni ymlaen ffan, a thrio i gadw cŵl. Yn hwyr, pan roedd nid yr ardd mor boeth aethon ni allan i dwrio’r planhigion.

Gwnaethon ni gwylio penodau olaf y 'The Bridge' cyn mynd i'r gwely.

The remains of our home over the past two weeks ...

The last day of the holiday had arrived. We had our small breakfast earlier than usual and soon we started packing.

We packed everything from inside the tent into their boxes and bags and then started dismantling the tent itself. It sounds simple, but the temperature was over 25 degrees Celsius and we were at risk of overheating. It took us more time than usual to pack everything and the sun did not help.

We said farewell to Lynda and Carn Springs. It seems as if she was happy with us and she would be happy to see us again. We decided to book another fortnight here next year.

On the way we stopped on the National Botanic Gardens just to go to the café there. We had a very delicious quiche there, before continuing our hot trip home. We were happy to get home and see the house and garden again. We opened the doors, we turned on a fan, and tried to keep cool. Later, when the garden was not so hot we went out to water the plants.

We watched the last episodes of The Bridge before going to bed.
