Wary Willy

I could see the dog wasn't keen on having a photo taken as it hung back. However after I talked to the owner it trotted on by keeping a wary eye on me as I sat on the bank by the estuary/inlet.

Some cloud movement too as a northerly breeze came up and ruffled the water. I was hoping for kingfisher movement on some new stands that have been placed at the southern end of the inlet but not to be. One flew parallel to the car when we were out by the Riwaka Wharf and of course 2 hawks put in an appearance too but Trev said "not while you're driving". So that was that.
