So I did go out last night to see this and it was an absolutely brilliant event. Very memorable indeed. And it went like this -

6.45 Pre-show discussion
7.30 Live butchery in the bar
8.00 One Pig performance
9.00 Pop-up kitchen from The Gardener's Cottage and Black Bo's in the bar
