heat and rain

My reliable weed flower from my deck, from this morning, when the temperature was lovely. This is dreamier/more painterly than the picture I took of the flowers gone to seed. 

I'm very fortunate to be able to work from home when I have no meetings. 

It rained tonight and I thought I would get a picture of the drops bouncing. 

Tomorrow it will "only" be 90 degrees F for the holiday. Alas, I may be home too late to make my blip one of fireworks.
