Sunflowers and Sweet William

The heat wave continues and a brief sortie into the garden this morning pretty much wiped me out for the day.  Around 6 pm some cooling thunderstorms came through so I ventured out onto the screened porch to snap a few shots of the bouquet of sunflowers on the table.  I used the lensbaby and was niggled by the fact that the lens kept fogging up in the humidity.  The challenge was then to see if I couldn't turn this into something somewhat appealing in the comfort of air conditioning. Some faffing and the addition of a texture resulted in this.  

Oh well, tomorrow's another day.  Wishing everyone a fun and safe 4th of July.
