The Norfolk Retreat of Her Majesty the Queen.

We visited once before about 20 yrs ago, during a week’s holiday in Norfolk. It was August, it poured with rain and was sooo cold. Very different today.

The gardens are suffering from the drought, which doesn’t show in this picture, but the lawns are very brown.

We saw round the house, the gardens, museum and church, a most enjoyable day.

I’m using my big camera for the proper photographs, but grabbing a couple of shots with my phone so as to be able to blip each day, rather than wait until I get home.
