Hover bover

It's very possibly an Eristalis arbustorum but I'm really not hot on hoverflies.

I had a local ride today and felt good once I got my feet in my pedals (and had replaced the screw that had fallen out of my shoes.) 

Putting in some effort, I was quite surprised at my speed; not quite sure where that came from given how I thought I'd woken up - I don't think I had a tailwind all the way!  Maybe it was inspiration after watching MAMIL at the cinema on Sunday night.
