Barley with a Heavy Sky

It's ben a different kind of day today. It's been much breezier and a couple of showers have passed through. I decided to stay close and see what was out there that I haven't visited recently.

On the horizon are the trees on the ridge but with the wideangle lens they appear much more distant. The barley looks good and probably about ready for harvest I should think.
