Elderflower

I picked some elderflower heads first thing this morning. They are now steeping in some sugar syrup together with sliced lemon, lemon zest and lemon juice. Hopefully, after it is strained and bottled tomorrow we will have some nice, refreshing elderflower cordial for these hot days that are still promised to come.
