I returned to the ruined cottage up the road in anticipation of a glorious sunset.  It wasn't bad.

A day of some achievements.  We switched car insurance companies and I marvelled at how easy it was to get an online quote.  The hard thing was telling our existing insurer that we would not be renewing.  The email told me to contact the renewals department without telling me how to do that.  I eventually found a phone number on their website.  Then I had to wait in a queue before going through some menus before they would allow me to speak to someone.  On receiving my request, I then had to go through a form of interrogation of why I was leaving before being offered a revised quote.  These firm really need to learn how to let go.
