Colin Swindel

This is Colin wearing his shopkeepers hat at Cornerstone, a cool urban fashion shop in Bakewell.
One of Colins other hats is that of district councillor and a very fine one he is too.
Lately because of the rubbish collecting fiasco he's been tearing his hair out as he's been inundated with complaints ranging from garbage trucks knocking walls, rats and 5 weeks of uncollected rubbish.
A nightmare scenario and Colin gets stressed out because he cares.
