Strong wind caused by trains.

I don't remember exactly where I spotted this sign; some underground station along Hibiya Line or Hanzomon Line we traveled on.

I'd say the second English sentence seems rather descriptive, which does not correspond very well to the warning messages conveyed by the Japanese sentence written above. Still it gets its message across, especially being able to answer a possible question, 'What wind?'
