More pony tales!

Today we took Ritz to her second show which was held nice and near by. Gemma washed and polished her and we headed off for the event at 8:00 am. The weather was remarkably kind to us as the sun failed to show until well after we had left.

Ritz was a very good girl and managed a fourth and sixth places in her classes. At this stage we just want her to have the experience of the hubbub of shows so when we take her with Little Miss she will be nice and relaxed.

Gemma took her pony ,Bob, who is a girl as well as Ritz. However after I had left the show Gem had a problem when she went to load the ponies up in her trailer as the floor had started to give way on one side. So poor lass had to deliver Ritz then go back to the Show Ground and pick up Bob! Tonight we are going to power wash out the trailer and see what the problem is.

BBQ for supper using my super duper new BBQ! It works like a dream. Only fly in the ointment was it rained! Still being British we carried on under a gazebo and a large umbrella for me!
