opened in the PM Sandy has not yet arrived but NY has cancelled all buses and trains etc effective 7Pm so we cancelled plans to go to NJ and hnng out in Riverdale my Daughter, Anne, evacuated from Red Hook Brooklyn joined us high on the eastern palisades
