Sunday: Canada Day

We starved ourselves for the early part of the day before throwing ourselves on fabulous dim sum in Chinatown. Following on from that we took a walk in the Chinese gardens where we found the Chinese community out celebrating Canada Day. Some of the dancing was not exactly synchronised but they definitely made up for it in enthusiasm.

We had a bit of excitement on our walk through Chinatown when we found a wallet on the pavement, lacking cash but full of credit cards, ID etc. We handed it in at the downtown Eastside police station and hopefully it will make its way back to its owner.
