Customer Service!
My Dear Princess and Dear Fellows,
Here is my follow up email to Wishbone Customer Service:
Hello Wishbone Customer Service Person,
Can I call you WCSP? I feel like we are friends now.
The reason being that I went to Wishbone 3 The Terrace this morning and YANKED on that big glass door. I mean, I’m used to it now, so I gave it a really good tug, like I was starting a motor-boat or leading an obstinate donkey into a paddock.
And do you know what happened? I will tell you. That door FLEW backwards! I am not sure what you have done to it WCSP, but it was AS LIGHT AS A FEATHER.
This was good and bad. Good, because it means that you have resolved my customer related issue. Bad, because I was not expecting such speedy service and nearly spun around and fell on me bahookie. Fortunately, I am surprisingly deft on my feet and such unpleasantness was avoided.
And then the lovely Wishbone barista thanked me for my last email which was totally not required, but very nice.
Anyway, I just wanted to thank you WCSP, for your quick and effective response to my plea. Now I have to remember not to yank the door tomorrow morning.
