Emergency, emergency Blip

Weatherwise beautiful day but I was stuck indoors all day trying to sort out paperwork - tax returns etc etc. Dreadful.
Yesterday bought 4 turkey pieces - "Schnitzel" cut - with the intention of making a curry or something similar. In the course of sorting out paperwork ame across this magazine open at a page with a recipe for Turkey Schnitzel Casserole and we had all the ingredients, so tried it. From the cooking time it was fine but on reflection the ingredients were not particularly inspiring. Probably not a bad basis but I would add quite a few bits & pieces.
Angie was kind enough to say it tasted good. I found it boring & tasteless.
Hopefully will get out tomorrow.
