Bit of Garden tidying before it got too hot and then up to dad's to cook lunch, except I'd bought lots of prepared stuff from Waitrose- too hot to cook. He is agonising over whether to buy a wood lathe. I'm trying to encourage him- it's something he'll enjoy, has wanted to do for ages and will keep him occupied. Had tea andcake with C and I left abit early as was going round to L andD's for drinks in the garden. She cancelled, and so removed what I hoped would be my blip opportunity. Instead I have a blip of my10 day old pedicure- still good after walking along the beach,paddling and gardening.
