So blue

I took my wife into Aberdeen as she was catching a train to Edinburgh to go to a party. I will be joining her later in the week.
I took this photo on the way back.
When I got home, I found an injured fledgling sparrow in the house. I guess Mittens took her in.
The birdie was conscious but very poorly so I took her down to New Arc which is about fifteen miles away.
New Arc is an animal rescue centre and they do a great job in helping animals that need care.
The extra is one of the many herring gulls they have in their care at the moment.
I don’t know if my little sparrow will make it but she is in the best possible hands.
