Sweet Peas

This morning I checked 17 of 21 locations on the Ashdown Forest for the silver-studded blue and found butterflies at ten of the sites. The area is a south facing slope without a speck of shade so I got rather over-heated a bit like my sweet peas. They don't really like it too hot, the flower stems are already shortening and the number of flowers is reduced to three per stem rather than four or five.
