Pistons in the Park

We were looking forward to visiting Pistons in the Park at the showground today. Were being the operative word. It was a big disappointment.

The advertising all said “Pistons in the Park, Classic Edition, with TR Register”, TR being Triumph.

Now to me, that means lots of Classic vehicles of all types and a number of Triumph Classics. Nope, it turned out to be 99% Triumph, with a few others thrown in.

Like I said, a big disappointment, It could have been a good day out, we won't be going again.

Ah well, roll on TruckFest in two weeks time.
