Today I also had to take over for the teacher. She was out sick and it's Tuesday meaning we go out on Community (field trip). Since the substitute doesn't know how Tuesdays are run and since my co-worker is on maternity leave, I was stuck with 2 subs and my other TA who isn't much help. I got to play teacher which would have been okay if I'd gotten the salary for it.. however, I don't get a raise for taking over for a day. Though, I should have because the entire day ran fine thanks to me. We didn't even lose any kids! Hooray!
