Hydrant

My plan for today had been a blip of my daughter but as she didn't want to be photographed today, I have gone for that essential item.. Liquids.. One of the biggest causes of hospitalisation and death for many is dehydration....

Normally the blue hydrant bottle is attached to my beds cot side, and i use the blue tube to drink through. A lot of the time i am too weak to manage my ribena on my own. Sometimes even the effort of getting the hydrant tube into my mouth is too hard, and i have to wait for help.
