I seemed to have picked up a stomach bug and have spent all day sleeping.
I briefly got up to let the cavity wall man into check my boiler and get a signature.
These are insulation beads they pumped in to the wall and are lying on the scaffolding right outside my bedroom window.
I was meant to be meeting up with ex colleagues tonight, typical. I never go out on Sat nights and I never get ill.

Felt sorry for Steven today, he also has the bug and has the boys himself as Kelly had a day out planned.
