Tropical Heat

Hurrah, they arrived today but not within the promised 2 hour slot!

The bunnies are very happy the heating has been restored!

The boiler is a condensing boiler and it has a trap which collects all the 'gunk' that builds up. The 'gunk' had filled up so much that it caused a leak and stopped the burner from activating. Now here's the 'funny' part... the engineer noticed another part which also had a lot of 'gunk' in it and he said it looks like they have left all the 'gunk' in there since the installation...

The boiler was installed by the same company who came to fix it, plus why on earth if this gunky thing generally builds up over time do they not empty it during a service???

Isn't 'gunk' a great word? How else would you describe 'gunk'?
