Too much sun?

A short bike ride from Newby Bridge around Esthwaite Waterand back through the Rusland Valley was very enjoyable, except when trying to ride on tarmac that has begun to melt in the heat! We rewarded ourselves with a cup of tea at the cafe at Esthwaite, where you can watch the nearby Ospreys, also apparently feeling the heat, on their big screen (see extra).
