Just me by the sea

Another gorgeous day, hot and sunny and we headed into Bantry - Himself to do the shopping and me to have the stitches out in my leg.  The nurse pronounced the whole thing a nightmare as they refused to budge but I think, after quite a bit of grappling, there was success. What it meant was I could have a swim - salt water good for this kind of thing apparently. It was heavenly and quite bouncy, a stiff breeze from the east. This chap was definitely chilled, just him and his guitar but his friends were swimming.
