Anasimyia contracta

I found this little hover fly sitting on the lily pads in the pond at work today, and realized immediately it was one I had not seen before! 
I think it is most likely  Anasimyia contracta, although it could be the rarer A. transfuga. Both are found around emergent vegetation in pools and A. contracta is listed as widespread but local.
