Baked sea bass with lemon caper dressing
Today's the day ……………………. to eat outside - again
I don't ever remember a year when it was possible to eat outside so often - so early in the summer.
Today was SO hot here that you were hard put to find anywhere cool, even indoors. It's all very peculiar and records are being broken right, left and centre for high temperatures. But by this evening, it had cooled down sufficiently and it was lovely to eat outside. It was particularly good to be eating our very own broccoli, freshly picked from the garden.
I think that's some sort of record too …………………….
