Hot 'n' sweaty!

Too hot to take the dogs today, so just me, myself and I up the Ochils today.

It was very, very hot and I did feel a little light headed when I when I arrived back at the car.... and that was with plenty water and food.

Maybe I should have taken heed to Mr J's advise which I chose to ignore! and worn a hat!
