Spanish chicken..

This was today's dinner....
It was yummy.

Today I had a bit of time out... well kinda.... once I'd been to town on husband errands I came home and did some mundane chores including preparing this dinner.
I then downloaded the 1st series ogre Downton Abbey ad I've never watched one.... yes I know I'm missing out hence I'm now on a mission to catch up.... I'm loving it so far!

The open evening.... hmmmm yes.... I've cancelled... with less than 24 hrs to prepare I went into panic mode so much so I felt unwell and unable to function.... nothing's worth that so I bottled it.
The lady was lovely and will have me next time and give more notice xxx
