First proper 10 Mile TT race

Been training and in order not to be aimless I had to set some goals. First one - apparently goals have to be SMART - was to do a sub 25 minute 10 miler before the end of the summer.

Achieved it today - 23:24 which is a little over 25 mph. Very pleased but now I want more.

Not sure I can shave my legs though !
