A crisp blue sky and startling white building always draws my eye. I sensed other people wondering what on earth I was seeing :-)

Another day, another few steps towards wellness. Overall I think I did pretty well at work today.

Today's gratitude: For the new weekly butcher visit. He parks his truck a couple of minutes walk from where I live. I wander over after work and buy my meat. I much prefer meat from a butcher than the supermarket and it's supporting a small business.
