Unusual native plant

We couldn’t get into the National Park as rain has caused the roads to be closed. We are going the long way round via Mildura and will be out of range from telecommunications for a few days. Our destination is Mungo National Park. Here’s hoping we get there and not get bogged....

No one seems to know what state the roads are in but the weather looks a bit finer here.
