Light and water

I was out with the photography club this morning on a visit around the Exeter University Campus viewing the Sculpture Trail.  There are 40 sculptures scattered around the grounds and inside buildings.  I didn't manage to see them all but it will make an interesting revisit.  As it was a very bright sunny hot day it also wasn't the best for photography either.

Anyway I enjoyed the way the light fell on the nearby shrubs and capturing the water spray in this pond before we set off on the trail.  A few extras are added including a Barbara Hepworth 'Figure For Landscape', one called Stargazer, another one called '5 days in May' where there was no rain for 5 days and the swimmer has an amazing expression on her face, and the ceiling of the Mary Harris Memorial Chapel.
