Arrived in London to find it was even hotter than Yorkshire!
Checked in at our hotel then went for a meal, Mr P is always hungry.
Walked towards Covent Garden and called in the booking office of the Royal Opera House and bought two last minute tickets for La Bohéme, it was truly wonderful.
Today we’ve been to the Victoria and Albert Museum to see the current Frida Kahlo exhibition, booked these tickets a while ago so we got in without having to queue.
Really enjoyed it.
Came out two hours later to an even hotter day but still decided walk back to the hotel and now we are already reaching 20,000 steps, not an unusual daily amount for me and a low count for Mr P but it was harder in the heat.
Back at the hotel as l post this and have a shower then we are out again this evening.
