Seat With A View

This is just up the hill from the village of Thwaite, where we are staying this week. There is a small millennium cairn just behind the wooden bench. And a stunning view across the valley. 

Another hot day, and as we drove over to Hawes there were notices out on the roads to beware of fires, because of the tinder dry state of the moors. Feel sorry for those that are having to deal with the big fire on Saddleworth Moor. Just heard the army have been called in. So please take care out there folks.
