No not me. I hope I'll find a way to the other side.
I just need to step back, reset my mind and think again. If I possibly can.

Had a chance to facilitate a conference call (in English) today. The good thing about international calls is that my job title is not disclosed.
All the attendees including our side were executives, general managers, or managers except myself who is just an associate.
I feel more confident and happier speaking in English even though I speak Japanese (probably lol) better
