It’s worse than it looks. A lot worse.

I spent the morning writing about whisky packaging so headed out this afternoon on the bike to try and forget how much I’d had to pay to get the car brakes fixed.

A quick shower when I got home and then a comedy fall as I stepped out. My head and my back took the worst of it. Took a while to pull myself together. An evening with ibuprofen and deep heat ahead.
