L came and took me up to the loch this afternoon ... one circuit in roasting temps, a welcome cuppa followed by a second circuit.

Hand is really sore tonight .... don't think it likes being encased in plaster when the temp reaches the high twenties.

Away now to enjoy the cooling air from the fan on while I lie on the bed.
