Watering hole

I had a well earned day off so spent the morning report writing and completing time sheets.... yeah, great day off!!

Daughter Number 1 had another doctors appointment and had been signed off for another 2weeks and prescribed anti depressants. She though she might as well give them a go. She them came over for the afternoon where we sat in the garden chatting about what she thought she should do work wise ad she really feels she's not cut out for front line social work.

Then while I was collecting Lena and Hugh and taking them to the airport, DN1's manager came to see her at my house to empty her diary and take all her stress from her so she could get well without the pressure of diary engagements.

When I got home, I suggested she did some meditation while still in the sunshine. She managed a whole 10 minutes while I shot sparrows in the bird bath!

She then subjected us to another episode of Love Island then stayed the night!
