Tobikomi Kinshi

Today's Japanese phrase is Tobikomi Kinshi.

Forbidden or prohibited = Kinshi
Tobikomi = Jumping in 

The fun police are out in force.  Admittedly it's not the safest place to hurl your self into the sea on a hot day, particularly when the waves are high.  A surfer even stopped to admonish them.  Perhaps he was born in his fourties and never experience adolescence.
