Swanning around
Down at Cramond today enjoying not having to work when the sun is shining. The temperature reached a glorious 26' this afternoon.
I spotted this Swan on the mud banks just where the river opens out and the Almond joins the Forth. It was one of a family of eight hanging around on the bank and looked as if it had had enough! I loved the way it's (although somehow I do feel that should be 'her') head was tucked away but it still had an eye on what was going on!
I spotted the extra further up river, not sure if there are 3 or 4 heads in that one!
